Mt. Hood Elopement at Lost Lake | Intimate Oregon Forest Wedding | Kara + Rose

Kara and Rose traveled all the way (back) from Michigan to elope in the Pacific Northwest, choosing Oregon for its wonder, beauty and sentimental value to them as a couple. They tied the knot on a beautiful, 65-degree spring day in front of their closest family members.

Kara and Rose’s day was full of emotion, laughter, tears and joy. After their lakeside ceremony, they shared a heart-shaped Voodoo Donut, frolicked among the trees, and embraced every part of what it means to get married your own way.

From the heartfelt vows filled with Harry Potter and sushi references, to the joy of having just a handful of their closest people there, there was so much love surrounding Kara and Rose.

Below, you can find a handful of my favorite photos from Kara and Rose’s intimate Lost Lake elopement.
